| The
roots of Outlook Analysis Corporation (OAC) trace back to
1971 when several men and women in Silicon Valley shared a
passion to research and develop an information discovery technology
that few believed possible. These pioneers came from a variety
of scientific, technical, and non-technical backgrounds. None
of them had any affiliation with law enforcement or government
agencies.
Years
of research and development were required to develop the technology
that enabled them to obtain information on almost anything
anywhere in the world. While the results were exciting, the
technology did not produce information with appreciable detail
to allow the technology to be commercialized. Achieving the
next plateau in advancing the technology's in-depth information
discovery capabilities proved difficult. Almost ten years
of research and development passed before significant advancements
were achieved. During these development years, the core research
team stuck together, driven by their passion to make the technology
produce highly accurate results that many people still do
not believe possible.
Several “Eureka!” advancements came in the early
1990s when our research group advanced the technology's analytical
tools to a level far surpassing traditional in-depth business
intelligence and due diligence. During these years, our researchers
evolved into analysts to convert and interpret incoming information,
facts and data into accurate, useful reports for clients to
take action. OAC analysts have completed more than 8,800 information
discovery and due-diligence assignments in over 88 prime industries
and sub-industries.
To achieve maximum utility, the analytical tools were developed
to be question-specific rather than industry-specific. Consequently,
OAC projects comprise specific detailed answers to questions
of both macro and micro design, and varied focus and emphasis.
Analysts process these questions using proprietary analytical
tools. The results are the accurate detailed information that
clients need. Because the intellectual property underlying
the technology cannot be patented, OAC does not disclose the
details of its technology.
During the early years, Faries & Associates was the home
of the proprietary technology and handled all assignments.
NeuralTech Business Information, Inc. was formed in 1999 to
offer services using the latest developed analytical tools.
Additional and expanded technology developments enabled our
analysts to produce outlook analysis for clients in addition
to information discovery. The outlook analysis capabilities
led to the formation of Outlook Analysis Corporation in 2004,
a sibling corporation that offers both information discovery
and outlook analysis worldwide.
Today OAC remains dedicated to supplying its clients with
valuable, accurate information discovery and analysis on companies,
individuals, and situations on almost any subject anywhere
in the world. OAC currently services assignments in seven
categories: individual companies, competitive intelligence,
mergers and acquisitions, product analysis, individual due-diligence,
business security, and negotiations of all types. The recent
scandals in corporations around the world have proliferated
to the point where corporate governance is becoming an eighth
category.
Procedure
for OAC Assignments
When
a client requests OAC to perform an assignment, it is reviewed
before acceptance. When an assignment is approved, an analyst
team is selected with a senior analyst to work directly with
the client to develop and define the specific questions needed
to produce the accurate and timely information discovery and
outlook analysis desired. During the course of the assignment,
clients often add questions to obtain even more specific information.
Assignments are often completed within seventy-two hours.
Information is current to the time when the project commences
and can be updated every twenty-four hours.
All OAC assignments and related information are kept strictly
confidential. Since all information is generated within OAC,
all of OAC’s work is virtually undetectable. Payment
is made when the project report is delivered. |
